Terms and Conditions

1) The above special rates are Net rate payable EP (Room only) on DBL Sharing Basis (Tax included)
2) The above rates are not applicable from 27th Dec 2016 to 05th Jan 2017(15% Hike on rack rates)
3) No charge for children under 4 years of age occupying the same room with Parents.
4) 5-12 years will be treated as child and will be charged as per rates/package guidelines.
5) Children above 12 will be treated as adults.
6) Check In time is 13:00 & Check out time is 11:00 hrs.
7) We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher or Demand draft before cut-off date/Check in
8) A guaranteed reservation, Rooms will be held until 13.00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
9) Please intimate us the exact address to which the bills are to be sent. In normal cases, bills are sent to the address on the voucher.
10) Rooms may be released if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut off periods.

As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (Voters ID, Pan Card, Armed forces identity card etc.). It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
